Welcome to SaxumSoftware. By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We specialize in engineering modern web applications and AI-integrated solutions.
2. Service Agreement
Submitting an order through our "Checkout" process does not constitute an immediate purchase or contract. It serves as a formal expression of interest. A binding agreement is only formed once a developer has contacted you, requirements are finalized, and a formal project quote is signed.
3. Fees and Payments
- Initial Setup Fees: These are estimated costs for external services (Domains, Hosting, etc.). Clients are responsible for purchasing these under our guidance.
- Web Creation Fees: These are our service fees for development. These will be finalized in the formal quote.
- Currency: Prices are displayed in ZAR by default but may be converted based on your location for convenience.
4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide necessary credentials (e.g., Google Cloud, Domain hosting) as outlined in our Setup Guide to ensure seamless development and deployment. We maintain strict confidentiality with all shared credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the custom code and assets developed for your project are transferred to your ownership, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
SaxumSoftware is not liable for any third-party service outages (e.g., Google Cloud, GoDaddy) or business losses incurred during the project.
7. Online Payments and Refund Policy
When utilizing our online payment features to pay for services rendered or projects in progress, clients are required to provide their name, the specific reason for payment, and the intended amount. Please be advised that all payments made through our website are final and strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that SaxumSoftware does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
